Duties would include proper use and knowledge of a Bona Dustless refinishing system, staining and finishing floors in both residential and commercial spaces. This is a full-time position with commission pay based off of the level of skill shown in the sanding and refinishing trade. Duties:

• Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
• Stock inventory in designated areas
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts or other equipment
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Operate machinery and equipment as needed
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
• Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment preferred
• Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
