Commercial Sales Person
We are looking for a commercial sales person who has experience in commercial construction, project management and floor covering. The responsibilities include project prospecting, print takeoff, field measuring, product sourcing and pricing, bid formulation and submittal, product ordering, organizing files for others to execute the contract, field coordination, job site meetings, coordination of all paperwork from submittals to invoicing. This position requires a good communicator who is honest, organized, and a problem solver. This is a full-time position with full benefits including health, paid vacation, Personal time off, Retirement with Employer match, use of company vehicle, phone allowance. Compensation can be negotiated as a hybrid of salary, and commissions with a weekly minimum draw. Average expected compensation is between $50,000-$100,000+ yearly. Carpet Cleaning Technician
We are looking to add to our carpet cleaning team with an individual that has minimum 1 year experience. Duties would include operating a van mounted hot water extraction cleaner for use on residential and commercial floors. We will pay for IICRC certification and will also train on upholstery and ceramic tile cleaning. Applicants must be able to lift 50lbs, efficient, prompt, neat, polite, and willing to sell additional services in the home. This is a full-time position with benefits. Hourly or commission sales depending on your skills and experience. Average expected compensation is between $30,000 - $50,000+ yearly. Carpet Cleaning Technician - Helper
We are looking to add a helper to our floorcare team. Get paid while you learn a trade! We would provide on the job training and pay for IICRC certification. Duties would include operating a van mounted hot water extraction cleaner for use on residential and commercial floors as well as tile and upholstery cleaning. Applicants must be able to lift 50lbs, efficient, prompt, neat, polite, and willing to sell additional services in the home. This is a full-time position with hourly compensation of $14.50/hr with rapid growth opportunities and full benefits after 3 months. Hardwood Sanding/Refinisher
We are looking to add an experienced hardwood sanding and refinishing technician to our floorcare team. Duties would include proper use and knowledge of a Bona Dustless refinishing system, staining and finishing floors in both residential and commercial spaces. Applicants must be able to lift 50lbs, efficient, prompt, neat, and polite. This is a full-time position with commission pay based off of the level of skill shown in the sanding and refinishing trade. Average expected compensation is between $30,000 - $50,000+ yearly.
